Vellum document as follows:"Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the Sheriff of our county of Hampshire, or his Deputy - Greeting Whereas William Rice of Worthington in said county by the consideration of our Court of Common Pleas holden at Northampton, within and for our County of Hampshire, aforesaid, on the third Monday of August [last] recovered Judgement against Daniel Goodin of Worthington aforesaid Labourer for the some of Fifty eight dollars, no cents, damages, and Seven dollars and seventy three cents, costs of Suit; as to us appears of Record, whereof Execution remains to be done.........." the sum is also written in numerals to the side. Writing on the back includes date of January 1, 1824 and the remains of a seal are visible. Also the date March 1824
