Her parents lived corner of Thomas Rd. and Carrington Rd. in Montgomery. She would eventually take over their farm. The property was across the river just above where Texon mill is. I’ve read a lot about her and the family. She had also been a school teacher on Russell Mountain and boarded with the Palmer family."
