    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Black and white photograph of Ralph A. Moran house, also know as Parsons Camp. This was not, as previously identified, a &#039;Sears Kit&#039; . It was built ca. 1935, is immediately south of the Town Hall, was renovated in 1952 by Ralph A. Moran and became his home until 2007. By prior arrangement with the Town, the house and land are property of the Town as of July 1, 2008. After many years of trying to figure out how to use the house, it was demolished. A senior center is now planned for this site.]]></dcterms:description>
