This property was identified as &quot;Twin Brooks&quot; (two words) in 1961 when the property was transferred from Cecil Gaston to Francis and Alberta Shea. Walter Metzger bought the house from the Sheas in 1966, but the words &quot;Twin Brooks&quot; are absent from the deed.  There appears to be white quartz or granite on the chimney, which may help identify the house.]]></dcterms:description>
