In the late 1960s, the organization changed its name to the Worthington Health Center; in the 1970s it was renamed the Hilltown Community Health Centers. The āsā was dropped from the name in 2016. By 2018, the organization was known as Hilltown Community Health Centres (HCHC) with offices in Worthington, Huntington and most recently in Amherst.
