We now believe the house is the "Brewster-Dolby House" at 135 Kinne Brook Road. This property was identified as "Twin Brooks" (two words) in 1961 when the property was transferred from Cecil Gaston to Francis and Alberta Shea. Walter Metzger bought the house from the Sheas in 1966, but the words "Twin Brooks" are absent from the deed. There appears to be white quartz or granite on the chimney, which may help identify the house.
