    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[This flag was designed to hang in the window of homes to show that some of its members were serving in the war. This shows that Ray Magargal was a private, given the one star on flag. The flag is painted on a tarp like material. It lost part of its gold fringe on the bottom after being displayed in Grand Opening Exhibit in 1999. It is Red White and Blue with yellow/gold fringe and hangs from a small turned end dowel from a delicate gold cord.]]></dcterms:description>
