    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[This black and white photo was used in the Annual Report. Henry Snyder, at the age of 10 was farmed out to a neighbor to pay a grain bill.  He found it to be a very diffiicult summer.  Later tried his hand at carpentry but when late to work one day, he was given the ultimatum of either being a carpenter or driving mail, he chose to drive mail.
