<dcterms:title><![CDATA[Legal - Will of Cyprian Parish to John Stone]]></dcterms:title>
<dcterms:description><![CDATA[Handwritten agreement to John Stone, executor of estate of Cyprian Parish, regarding will of aforementioned. Signed Hanah Parish, Wm Parish, D.P. Hewitt. Dated, Oct. 1820 (or 1830) seems to suggest not to pay debts of Cyprian Parish. (Identify Diane Brenner whose house is the Hewitt house). Does not want John Stone and Rufus Wright to receive payment for notes signed by C. Parish near his death. Cyprian Parish Herwitt, son of Daniel Hewitt, married Adele Stone who was fairly well off. Therefore the Hewitt house remained in the Hewitt family through 1965, thereafter it was owned by the McCarthy family, Frankllyn Hitchcock, Donald Newton and son. Since 1994 it has been owned by Diane Brenner and Jan Roby.]]></dcterms:description>
