Description
This cross section of a white pine tree which describes growth rings from 1899 to1994 when the tree was felled by Oliver Wiley on his property on Partridge Road (extension of Old Post Road ending on Ireland Street in Chesterfield). This cross section has the bark in tact and indications of the dates of the growth of the tree. It was crafted and donated by Oliver Wiley.
