Description
This black and white postcard shows a view of the Jones house and the Corners Store and Post Office under the proprietorship of W. M. Shaw. It is taken from the southwest. The trees are leafless but there is no snow on the ground. Either taken in the early spring or late fall.
Postmarked Rochester, ,N.Y., July 23, 1908. Addressed to Mr. H. N. Mason (Howard Mason was Larry Mason's grandfather), in Rochester, Mass. 'Dear H. Your card came yesterday. Am glad you are feeling so well. We are all right: have been expecting Florence and family up here but they don't appear. Bese don't know whether they go back Monday or not. It is very warm. This is the best I can do in the line of cards at Shaws. Love from all, Edith.' One cent stamp.
