Sepia postcard from sample book of Herbert Berniss Thrasher (1884-1927), photographer. Titled: ‘ A Pleasant Drive, Worthington, Mass.‘ (#62).
Thrasher was the son of George M. and Hattie Lyman Thrasher. Guy Thrasher was his brother. The sample book was produced during the 1920s when H. B. Thrasher was living and working in Florida. The images are undated.
Shows dirt road, telephone poles, home of Harry Day Pease on left (built in 1888 -- 343 Huntington Road), Pinebrook Farm (Albert home) distant left. Stone wall on right along field that became the Albert airstrip.
