Description of dedication and particiipants; includes news clipping from the Republican, 4 faded black and white pictures which identify location as current location of the Worthington Historical Society; news clipping from Daily Republican November 15, 1917; letters from Nellie Shipman and Mabel Sweet to Mr. Capen regarding Jr. Red Cross work; letter from Nima Conwell Tuttle to Arthur Capen concerning the Worthington Library and her time in France; letter from Katharine McDowell Rice to Arthur Capen answering a request for war material; letter from Kelly Radcliffe, a guest at the Maples (Rice homestead at the Corners) describing her memories of the war; anonymous letter concerning same.
