Church - Art, Owen Drawing to R. H. Conwell

Description

Copy of Owen drawing given to Russell H Conwell on his 80th birthday. Greeting from the little church on the hilltop at Worthington. This is the original drawing by Walter T. Owen, Architect, New York City. Greeting: 'Your restless boyhood feet knew and loved these rugged hills and calm valleys; you came to them in eager manhood for refreshment and inspiration in your arduous work; through long years of unremitting toil the thought of them often comforted and cheered you; brain and body; and now, as age is stealing on, you shall gaze into their everlastingness with new vision and they shall tell you yet deeper truths of Eternal love and peace.'
