Blue metal button with pin purchased off of eBay. On top: Worthington Rod & Gun Club, on bottom: Massachusetts. In center is deer head with gun and fishing rod corssed. On top in script is the word 'Member' a fish and dog are below that, and 1958 is on the bottom. Rusted back with pin.
