Photocopied history of the Burton-Wikander Place in Worthington on Capen Street 'A Brief Account of the Vicissitudes of the 'Burton'- Wikander Place... from the 12th Year of the Independence of America to A.D. 1956. According to Bob Randall, there is extant today a cellar hole. He was given these papers when he moved into the Arthur Capen house on Capen Street. The research contains quitclaims and many names of succession: Samuel Clapp, Samuel Crosby, Abner Tower, William Ward, Saxton Burton, Lyman Tower, Ephraim Burton, D. W. Streeter, Orra Burton, J. Brewster and C. F. Burr were overseers of the poor, Henry J. Adams, Edward W. Jones, William H. Moran, Horace S. Cole, Ezekiel Tower, Lyman Tower, Elisha Tower, Hercey Tower, Elvira Lawson, James Stetson, Charles K. Brewster, Horace F. Bartlett, Aaron Stevens, Cullen Stevens, Walter Stevens, Eugene Stevens, Guy Fitzroy, Charles Ward, Lawrence Randall
