Legal - Deed Elisha H. Brewster to Rufus Leonard Deed from Elisha H. Brewster to Rufus Leonard. "For consideration of one hundred and twenty dollars...a certain tarct of land situated in said Worthington and bounded as follows. Viz. North by Jonathan Brewsters land, Eats by Rufus Taylor land, South by Banjamin Brewsters land, West by highway containing fifteen acres, being the same land conveyed to Elisha Brewster by Jonah Brewster by deed dated 23 September, AD 1799, except what had been conveyed to Benjamin Brewster by the grantor out of the sameincluded in the conveyance of Jonah Brewster."
