To wit: on the North by land of Samuel M. Converse -- on the East by land of said Converse -- on the South by land of Jonathan Brewster Jr. -- and on the West by a highway leading from Samuel M. Converse to "Canada Street" so called in Chester, containing fifteen acres more or less."
