Description
4 black and white photographs of Rice's 'The Farm,' then 'Singing Pines' when owned by Miss Margaret Vaughan. During Miss Vaughan's ownership, a swimming pool was built, a small boat docked on a small brook, and a building was constructed to house her harp. This was called 'Wendy's House' as the name of the harp was 'Wendy.' called 'singing pines' by Jim Downey on 10/14/2006. Not 'whispering pines' as on the back of the photograph
