Two copies of Black and white postcard photograph (one copy is more sepia tone) of Buffington Place on Buffington Hill, currently owned by Matt and Anne Sharron Lagoy. Cf. Archives, number 34-13L. See also 2005-037, Box 01, Photograph Archive for photograph of the door. Madeline Brewer Lang owned the house at one time and it may have been then that the door and stairway were removed. Compare with Woodbridge House number 2005-038. On back of postcard is written ''the Buffington Place' owned by Herbert E. Smith, Built in 1806, one of the old houses of the town.' For use in republication of Papers on the History of Worthington.
