Description
Black and white photograph of the door (in a museum setting). One of the finest doorways in New England' (no longer extant in Worthington - door is in the Pynchon memorial building). House is on Buffington Hill, currently (11/2019) owned by Matt & Anne Sharron Lagoy. Cf. Archives, number 34-13L.Cf. also Box 09, PC 2006-058. Madeline Brewer Lang owned the house at one time and it may have been then that the door and stairway were removed. Compare with Woodbridge House number 2005-038.
